What is my Control panel link?
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
Why Can't I access my control panel?
The most common reason is that you are behind a firewall that is restricting certain ports, which is common in medium-large business offices. Contact your system administrator to help you resolve this.
I forgot my Cpanel password... help!
Contact N-vent here or call and I'll reset your password for you.
How do I look at my web stats?
Log into your control panel. Click on the icon "Web/FTP Stats", then click on "Awstats" link.
I can't browse the internet.
Contact your ISP; they provide your internet service.
How do I create new email accounts?
You do this from within your control panel. Click on the "Mail" menu item, then click on the "Adding email accounts" sub menu item. Read about it at the Cpanel documentation page for more information.
How do I set up my email client to check my email?
Each software program (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.) all require the same information. Please refer to your
software's help file to find out where to use this information.
Here are the settings to set up secure email:
- Your incoming (POP) mailserver is: cs01.gzo.com
- Your outgoing (SMTP) mailserver is: cs01.gzo.com
- Your username for any and all email accounts you create is the full email address. Example: you@yourdomain.com
- Your email password will be whatever you specify when you set up your email addresses from within your control panel.
- Email settings for secure email transmission (SSL)
- The Outgoing Mail server DOES REQUIRE authentication, and it uses the same info as incoming mail.
- Outgoing (SMTP) port: 465 (requires SSL)
- Incoming (POP3) port: 995 (requires SSL)
- Incoming (IMAP) port: 993 (requires SSL)

- Compare it to the "Disk space available" also located in the sidebar.
- Have you made any recent changes to your email account setup (in Outlook, Thunderbird, etc?)
- Do you have a personal firewall installed on your computer that is blocking email activity?
- Disable it then try to check and send your email again. Refer to the appropriate help files.
- Is there a hardware firewall in your router or elsewhere at your place of business that is blocking email activity?
- Try turning it off, waiting a minute, then turning it back on. Refer to your owners' manual.
- Has your ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocked your outgoing mailserver?
- Call and ask them, this has been known to happen.
